Scott M. Mundell
Founder & Managing Director
Prior to moving to Australia from Canada in 2007, Scott worked with several investment banking and mining houses in Canada, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong after beginning his career with the Royal Bank of Canada as an investment analyst and later moving to Deutsch Bank and Nomura in corporate finance and investment banking roles. Several years later, and after additional consulting tenures with UBS, Hotab Gruppen, BCGE, SADB, Swiss BancaStato, Changjiang Capital and ABN Amro, Scott began his own corporate advisory practice in Canada which is now Halston Capital. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Simon Fraser University in Canada and later completed his MBA. Scott also holds several finance and securities designations from the Canadian Securities Institute.
Nicholas Mundell
Corporate Advisor and Commercial Finance
Nicholas began his finance career with global intelligence and advisory organisations InfoTrack and GlobalX. As a Senior BDM and top sales performer, Nicholas moved into commercial finance with Stratton Finance, (A division of Australia based "Carsales.com.au"), where he was once again providing exceptional value to his clients through his diligent business practices, financial analysis, knowledge and networks. Prior to advising on investments and financial analysis for Halston Capital, Nicholas was a senior commercial advisor for Valiant Finance in Sydney, Australia.
Gerard Joseph
Corporate Advisor
After completing his MBA studies at Edith Cowan University, Gerard previously worked in client services assisting MNC enterprises such as Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser and ITC among others, with their marketing strategies and developing their respective marketing collateral for new product launches. Gerard also worked with World Vision and implemented their CRM to track sponsorship and donors. Gerard also worked in Melbourne with Duetz, a German engine manufacturer and developed their marketing initiatives and strategic critical path. In his spare time Gerard volunteers with the Salvation Army and their Homelessness Initiatives.
