Halston Capital began in 2001 as a facilitator to introduce early stage investment capital to start-up companies and technologies. 18 years on, Halston Capital represents the interests of several single and multi-family Family Offices around the globe who have come to respect the advice and strategies Halston Capital provides on an ongoing basis to ensure wealth creation, risk mitigation and wealth preservation.

Through Halston Capital's global networks, our Family Office clients are aligned with leading wealth management and tax mitigation strategists and specialists as well as Private Equity and Hedge Fund organisations that provide strategies and investments typically not available to the retail finance sector and often provided on an invite only basis. It is through these relationships that we are positioned to provide superior financial outcomes for our clients. 

Our Private Equity services envisages our ability to utilise Family Office capital as required, to make critical investments in off market transactions and to provide equity, debt and mezzanine funding facilities for our accredited clients and businesses.

Our corporate advisory team works diligently with target acquisitions and clients to create intrinsic value prior to a divestiture or merger. Corporate re-structuring is a key component to our success and the foundation of our M&A advisory services.
